The Price Challenger process:

  1. Analysis of the consequences of price fluctuation on the marketplace. Including:
    • An established brand's total output. 
    • A cross-section of similar goods or services
    • Comprehensive Company Analysis: Allows you to analyze a company’s (or various companies) as a whole, facilitating the evaluation of the demand it creates in contrast to others of its kind.
  2. Determination of the optimum price threshold for each product.
  3. Identification of maximum values for particular brands and the balance between volume and value.
  4. Determination of the price elasticity levels for the different sales outlets and crossed elasticity in products.
  5. Measurement of transfer/cannibalization between brands and offers.
  6. Product-specific price optimization
